. . . for I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was sick and you took care of me, I was in prison and you visited me.
Matthew 25:36-37
Your help feeds the body and soul of the youngest in our community.
During the school year, we pack and provide weekend food bags for students at risk of hunger. Volunteers gather every Thursday at 10:00 a.m. to pack over 113 weekend food bags for Kax̱digoowú Héen (formerly Riverbend) Elementary School students. You can help pack bags, donate healthy and kid-friendly foods, or make a financial contribution to support buying food. Email Deb Reifenstein to learn how you can get involved.
The Glory Hall Shelter & Soup Kitchen
We serve meals at the Glory Hall on the second and fourth Tuesday every month. For more information about how you can help, send an email to Carol Barril.
